AĂÂ City Alphabet is the result of a three-month university course by a team of three members: Nhi Tran, Sing Kee and An Truong. The goal of this project is to explore the relationship between the city museum and the people of Saigon, and reflect upon the role of the museum within the Vietnamese culture.
The project outcome is a proposal for an interactive public installation that creates social engagement and helps people appreciate the hidden values of the city.

In the beginning, each member researches about their communities of interest.
CONCLUSION
Aside from three insights for the possible opportunity for an event-based solution, these three different topics can be seen in a time aspect of the city, more specifically, how the city changes in those three ‘lenses’ within a day.
By observing and collecting data of people interactions on the street throughout the timeline of 24 hours, we gain a deeper understanding of how they adapt to different conditions (raining / dry season) and make use of the situations to benefit their own lives.
Social activities on the pavements are often overlooked and considered as negative issues. Therefore, by creating an event to celebrate these micro-communities and their everyday life, the event hopes to raise awareness about how vital these elements are to the culture and identity of the city.
